A temple in a quiet forest

🌺 Hello everyone, today my story is about a temple in the forest that I just visited. My mission today is to buy trees to plant. As I drove out of the house I thought of a temple that I hadn't been to for probably 3 years.

🌺 This temple is about 12 km. from my home. I drove to this temple before going to the plant shop. This temple is called "Wat Pa Doi Saeng Tham" It is a temple located in a forest next to a mountain. This made this temple amidst many trees.

🌺 I drove to park under the shade of a tree. As I was walking towards the temple pavilion, 3 dogs that lived in the temple ran to greet me wagging their tails. They don't bark at me When I walked to the pavilion, they followed me. Some were sitting outside waiting. Some ran into the pavilion with me.

🌺 Inside the pavilion, there was only me and the dog in the temple. Inside the pavilion is very quiet. There was even the sound of the wind blowing the trees, as if the trees in the forest were singing. I sat down in front of the huge golden Buddha image and bowed my head for a moment of meditation. I get peace from within I then donated in a donation box located near where I sat.

🌺 Then I walked to admire the beauty of the large wooden pavilion until both inside and outside the pavilion. I was amazed at the carvings of angels on the large wooden doors. The carvings are highly detailed. The craftsman who made this door must be very skilled, thus giving the door such a beautiful sculpture.

🌺 The walkway leading up to the pavilion door has a stucco art depicting a five-headed serpent. The corridors surrounding the outer pavilion are paved with large slabs of granite that are slippery and shiny.

🌺 The courtyard surrounding the pavilion is of cement floor and has stone parapets engraved with its name. "Wat Pa Doi Saeng Tham" is located in eight directions around this wooden pavilion.
