@edu-venezuela, it is necessary to continue in the search for the various factors that allow us to provide quality education to our young people in the classroom, because we know that in each of these spaces are the future professionals of tomorrow and they will be responsible for developing activities for a better world.
As human beings, we teachers are not exempt from carrying a lot of worries in our minds, and if we do not control this, it will affect us wherever we go and especially in our work area, and this is even more important when we relate to education, since we have under our responsibility a number of young people who expect quality from us, both educationally and in terms of our personality.
That is to say, in order to transmit a teaching we must put it into practice ourselves, otherwise what we want to teach will not work, and empathy is one of these very notable examples if we want to develop it in our children or in our young people.
At present we know that both we and our students are subject to constant demands and it is not superfluous to be empathetic because we can help each other and what better place to teach and learn them that our classrooms, as logically as other aspects with empathy is not born and we have to build it and make it part of us and manages to be cooperative with everyone around us.
Maybe we are used to say that everyone with their own concerns but it would be better if we could help each other because in this way the burdens will be less and more bearable, for example, we would develop in our students aspects such as:
*To be cooperative with their peers, this leads them to realize the reality that surrounds them and their peers, helping to find a better approach to a better understanding of the situation of their peers.
*Growth as a person both in and out of the classroom.
*Recognize the real needs of their classmates and respect their point of view which will lead to mutual respect.
*Strengthening diversity of opinion and way of thinking within our classroom.
Among other aspects that I have observed and share with you in this opportunity, the truth is that the development of empathy in our students offers both us and them to be better students and better people, and it is something that we work so hard for as teachers because in this way we can change the negative things that exist in the world or at least bring them to their minimum expression.
