Hello my beautiful people of Hive, following with the factors that affect any learning process we find distraction and concentration, both of them are opposite to the learning process of people or our students and we have to focus on them to determine their effects on our children or young people.

There are classrooms that allow us to reduce the arrival of any external distractions to our students, even so, they can distract each other and we know from experience that distraction is one of the major factors that negatively affects the proper learning process since in many cases it reduces or distorts the performance towards a particular or complex learning.

When we allow our students to lose their attention to the activities to be developed we are allowing an obstruction in their due teaching process, being attentive is fundamental to be in tune with us teachers and with the proposed activities, then, to achieve attention they must be concentrated since this makes them obtain their maximum degree of attention and also in a conscious way.

A conscious attention will allow them to be active when approaching any intellectual activity, many of my students ask me if attention and concentration are the same, and yes they are, highlighting the fact that concentration takes us to the maximum level of our attention, as a student I felt that when I managed to concentrate I felt like nothing around me disturbed me and my interest in learning was very high and doing so filled me with satisfaction.

We can say then that attention is the necessary step that we must take as people to achieve full concentration, and this particularity does not allow the waste of energy either physical especially mental of our students, to not tire them too much with the issue of attention-concentration we must allow them some positive activities such as didactic or pedagogical games that allow them to distract their mind but in more useful actions than the simple distraction to other things like having their phone in class, among other examples.

Experience has taught me that it is easier for students to be distracted than to keep them focused, which is why we must subtly create these distraction lapses and then get back on track with our students' attention-concentration, thus building with them a balance between distraction and concentration, so that they do not become fatigued in class and are empathetic to each learning process.
