| Hello, friends! This year, we've had an unusually cold May. At the beginning of the month, it was just cool — and fairly dry — but at night, we were getting actual frosts. For over a week, the temperature would drop close to zero every night. Frost would form, and the water — meaning the dew — would freeze. Then, as the frost melted, it would turn back into dew, forming large, beautiful drops on the grass. One morning, just after the frost had melted, I grabbed my camera and went out to take a few shots of the nature around me — especially the dew on the grass. You can see those photos today. | Привіт, друзі! Цього року в нас надзвичайно холодний травень. На початку місяця просто було прохолодно, хоч і доволі сухо, а от вночі — справжні заморозки. Більше тижня щоночі температура під ранок опускалася майже до нуля. З’являлася паморозь, а вода — тобто роса — замерзала. Потім, коли заморозок танув, вона знову ставала росою й утворювала на траві великі, крупні, красиві краплі. В один із таких ранків, коли паморозь щойно розтанула, я взяв фотоапарат і вийшов зробити кілька знімків природи навколо — зокрема й роси на траві. Ці фотографії ви можете побачити сьогодні. |
