Esta pesadilla nos acompaña desde hace mucho tiempo. Es consustancial al fenómeno mutante de la sociedad, que toca también la zona donde yacen las raíces de los valores tradicionales desconfigurandolos, lo que nos deja desánimo y preocupación porque existe el temor de que se naturalicen.
Y existen razones:
Falta cultura ambiental.
Se desconocen y/o transgreden las normas establecidas en la legislación vigente, por parte de lis infractores.
Quiebre parcial del orden que trae consigo una total indiferencia en los principales responsables de instaurar el orden institucional, a lo que se suma, la pasividad de los demás factores locales que, supuestamente, deben velar por el bienestar de la comunidad
