I drew my guidelines to be able to draw a silhouette of a woman who was sitting on the floor, each line identifies each part of the body, from the face to the shoulders, marking the waist, which is the same height of the elbows and since she is sitting then the legs are crossed, that was a bit difficult for me but I think I managed it, here is the first sketch.

And this is where I have the most fun, I have never managed to draw a famous character because I start inventing and in the end, it doesn't look even remotely similar, for example here I thought: What if I made him ? an almost disheveled bun with carelessly loose strands? I also changed the outfit, I wanted comfortable pajamas, nothing sexy but rather simple, she is at home resting, Betty Boop has a small cup of coffee, and my Betty has a huge thermal glass so that her coffee never runs out.

After having enjoyed the process of calmly coloring the skin so that it looked delicate and subtle, the pajamas are white with some blueprint that I made with a very fine tip marker and the red coffee glass, I took I drew this in Photoshop Express Mobile, then I placed the highlights in the editing part of my Redmi 7A and finally I took it to Remove because I wanted to invent something else...

3. FINAL TOUCH

Before getting to this part, I invited myself to a coffee and gave me five minutes of a delicious coffee with cookies that were too divine, that's when I got the inspiration that I was missing and I remembered that if Betty Boop is in her house then mine is too, she So I needed a stage, I went to Canva and in elements, I got all the necessary implements for free, I just let myself go and have fun in the process.

Final recommendation

When the muse arrives, you must let yourself go, whatever time it is, give yourself a few minutes for yourself, have fun creating something, even if you think it is insignificant, it turns out that it is worth gold because it cleared your mind and what you think you have drawn is not nothing, for others it is a work of art.

Aquí les traigo mi primer dibujo del café 2024, me inspiré en una caricatura muy conocida por todos, la vi y me encantó e hice mi propia versión, me divertí en el proceso porque no quedó como esperaba sino mejor jajaja, ya entenderán el por qué les digo esto, así que te invito a seguir leyendo.

¿SABES QUIEN ES BETTY BOOP?

Es una caricatura realizada por Max Fleisher y producida por Paramount Pictures por allá en los años 40, desde mi punto de vista es una chica coqueta y femenina, pícara e ingenua, es como si fuera la version animada de Marilyn Monroe, lo digo porque es el prototipo de ideal soñado por muchos.

Si lees completico en Wikipedia encontrarás mucha información relacionada a ella, mi intención aquí no es ahondar en la historia sino en la admiración que siento por este tipo de caricaturas, encontré en Facebook esta imagen y me encantó, así que dije voy a hacer mi propia versión de Betty y tomé esa pose como referencia.

1. Papel (yo uso mayormente de reciclaje para practicar) si tienes tu block de dibujo mucho mejor.
2. Lápiz o portaminas.
3. Goma de borrar.
4. Marcador fino negro, marrón y azul de la marca Kores
5. Creyones de colores varios tales como beige, rosado, naranja, marrón, para enfocar mas que todo la piel y cabello.
6. Marcadores de punta gruesa de color rojo.
7. ¡Motivación!

PROCESO DE DIBUJO

1.-

Luego acto seguido, comienzo a bocetar como será el rostro, los ojos, las cejas, la nariz y la boca, a pesar de que apenas está iniciando me parece que Betty está feliz.🤭

2.- DIGITAL

Después de haber disfrutado el proceso de colorear con calma la piel para que se viera delicada y sutil, la pijama es de color blanco con algo de estampado azul que hice con un marcador de punta muy fina y el vaso de café de color rojo, llevé este dibujo a Photoshop Express Movil, luego los brillos los coloqué en la parte de edición de mi Redmi 7A y por último lo llevé a Remove porque quería inventar algo mas...

3. TOQUE FINAL

Antes de llegar a esta parte, me auto invité a un café, regalarme cinco minutos de un delicioso cafecito con galletas demasiado divino, ahí me llegó la inspiración que faltaba y me acordé que si Betty Boop está en su casa entonces la mía tambien, le hacía falta entonces un escenario, me fui a Canva y en elementos conseguí todos los implementos necesarios de forma gratuita, simplemente me dejé llevar y divertirme en el proceso.

Recomendación final

Cuando llegue la musa, debes dejarte llevar, sea la hora que sea, date unos minutos para ti, diviértete creando algo, aunque creas que es insignificante, resulta que vale oro porque despejó tu mente y lo que crees que has dibujado no es nada, para otros es una obra de arte.
