Hola amigos, feliz fin de semana para todos; sean bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy quiero abordar un tema muy emotivo y que requiere dinero, como lo es la Navidad 🎄.
Y digo que requiere mucho dinero porque en estas fechas solemos gastar más de la cuenta y, en su mayoría, queremos comer los platos tradicionales de nuestro país, como las ricas hallacas, la torta negra y otros.
Cada costumbre termina sumando más y más a los gastos que solemos tener en Navidad. Y uno de los que requiere una inversión son los estrenos, sobre todo cuando tenemos hijos y queremos comprarles su ropa nueva para que reciban el niño Jesús y el año nuevo.
Este es uno de los mayores gastos en mi caso, porque incluye ropa, zapatos y demás. Esto sin hablar del regalo de Navidad que suele cada vez más estar relacionado con la tecnología, siendo los preferidos por los niños los teléfonos celulares y consolas de videojuegos que cada vez sacan una versión más actualizada.

Each custom ends up adding more and more to the expenses we usually have at Christmas. And one of those that requires an investment are the premieres, especially when we have children and we want to buy them new clothes to receive the baby Jesus and the new year.
This is one of the biggest expenses in my case, because it includes clothes, shoes and so on. This is not to mention the Christmas gift that tends to be more and more related to technology, being the favorite ones for children cell phones and video game consoles that every time they bring out a more updated version.
Y nosotros, los padres, queriendo complacer a nuestros hijos y darle lo que nosotros no tuvimos, terminamos gastando más de la cuenta. Este año quiero que todos reciban regalos, tanto pequeños como grandes de mi familia, y esto implica más gasto.
Algo que no podemos olvidar es la comida. Ya desde hace unos años hemos tenido en casa la tradición de preparar las hayacas; solemos prepararlas entre los niños y yo. Lo he tomado como una tradición que comparto con ellos y preparar la mesa navideña cada vez se vuelve más costosa, sobre todo cuando nos gusta de todo un poco.
La Navidad a su vez requiere el gasto de la decoración, y digo esto porque lo que más se suele dañar son las luces del arbolito y siempre incorporamos un adorno adicional o un estilo nuevo en la decoración.

Y así vamos sumando y sumando más gastos, esto sin meter que es costumbre que para esta fecha pintemos la casa y hagamos algún arreglo que tengamos pendiente. Es bastante y siento que nuestro bolsillo aún no está preparado para darle la bienvenida a la Navidad como fue anunciado recientemente.
Y digo esto de forma muy personal, porque aun estoy saliendo del gasto del regreso a clases de los niños, por lo que sé que mi bolsillo no estará preparado para darle la bienvenida a la Navidad y afrontar todo lo que con ello acarrea.
A parte de que para mí la Navidad es en diciembre y termina el día de Reyes, he visto cómo personas desde meses antes ya decoran todo y creo que eso no va conmigo. Sí me gusta la Navidad, la decoración y todos los preparativos, pero luego del inicio a clases, después un descanso y allí sí bienvenida la Navidad.

Besides the fact that for me Christmas is in December and ends on Epiphany, I have seen how people decorate everything months before and I think that does not suit me. I do like Christmas, the decorations and all the preparations, but after school starts, then a break and then Christmas is welcome.
Entiendo que con tantas cosas tristes que han pasado a nivel nacional, momentos de tensión luego de las elecciones y tantos eventos surgidos, se quiere dar apertura a la Navidad porque la fecha nos genera felicidad y nos ocupa la mente en cosas de familia, planes, armonía y organización de muchas cosas.
Es como cerrar un ciclo y darle la bienvenida al siguiente, con mucha ilusión, pero monetariamente, almenos los funcionarios públicos, no estamos económicamente preparados para lo que viene, por eso espero entre los deseos de Navidad que regrese el poder adquisitivo que tuve hace un tiempo y donde cualquier fecha me agarraba preparada.
