Nice video! I think one thing I love about the Nigerian jollof rice is how you can prepare it with the ingredients you have, and it still would turn out nice! I love the colour yours had, and I learnt the new tip of adding the spices first. I usually add mine as the spirit leads. Lol. Thanks for that!
