On his channel MONEY GURU, in a video published on June 24, 2018, he introduced us with the idea named #mgsc which will help the steemit community to grow on a much faster rate.here is the link to the video:

mgsc is basically a tag which the community members can put down into their post that will help them to grow. It is really a revolutionary idea.

Why mgsc and Why it is revolutionary?

The answers to why simply lies in the fact that it is a tag so whenever someone types the tag i.e mgsc name in the steemit search bar, all the posts related to the tag are shown. From the search results, people can read the blogs of community members and help them to grow by upvoting and commenting on their posts.

It is a revolutionary and innovative idea because by using this method community members can reach other community members organically and without using any third party platform.
