Expectations continue that the much-anticipated ceasefire negotiations between the United States and Iran have now stalled.
U.S. President Trump continued to put pressure on the Strait of Hormuz, a negotiating issue, saying it would be easy to open if he had more time.

The ceasefire negotiations between the United States and Iran, which Pakistan is known to have been taking place behind the scenes as a mediator.
Talks between the two sides, which were expected to take place soon in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, have hit a snag, the Wall Street Journal reported.
It means that Iran has no intention of meeting with the United States in the next few days and that it will not accept demands from the United States.
Iran's state media also cited sources as saying Iran rejected the U.S. offer of a 48-hour ceasefire and confirmed its willingness not to stop the military pressure.
While U.S. President Trump has threatened to hit the power plant if negotiations are not possible, Iran also seems to be facing resistance.
Currently, the U.S. is known to demand the full opening of the Strait of Hormuz and limited missile capabilities, while Iran is known to demand each other to prevent a recurrence of attacks and pay compensation.
In the meantime, President Trump wrote on social media, "If we have a little more time, we will easily open the Strait of Hormuz."
"We will be able to make a big profit by taking up oil," he added, "and that's a huge oil burst in the world."
It is interpreted as an intention to throw optimism in the market.

As the ceasefire negotiations have stalled, Egypt and others are also mediating, but it is difficult to open the door to dialogue immediately.
