Yesterday I was trying to make my own alien of this type, well, I think I got the result I was looking for other than that I wanted something that was a little more tender and not scary, something like more friendly? That is why I went for a girl who was far from this planet but I did not make great changes in the features, I only added as small tentacles on the head so that it was different but even so that she looked a bit like a woman.
A simple profile sketch, just to know where things were located and to be able to follow the path. Applying brush strokes with a brush not so hard little by little I was making the face of my character, this one has a little big eyes, I like that a lot XD.
After the skin convinced me a bit I proceeded with the other things, As I said I wanted it to be a bit human too, so I made hair . Some clothes, nothing fancy just a simple jacket, it seems that where he lives it is a bit cold.
Fixing and placing details on the skin of the girl, I definitely believe that what took me the most time were the eyes, the case is that I added, removed, painted, repainted, placed glare, darkness and so much time passed. They still don't convince me XD, I wanted them to be more tender.
Some lights and shadows on her body and improving the irregular edges, I am practicing with a little texture, I painted more and made several attempts and some adjustments as I said I think I got that jelly effect. After having done that and placed the background, the drawing was ready, but I do not know if I touch any key or if the PC went crazy and did not let me know. The fact is that the whole fund was damaged and what I had done on the skin, so I had to start again.
