I was walking along the side of the road, trying to avoid traffic. This stretch has no room for pedestrians. I was thinking about my daily duties, singing a song to myself. I was thinking about where I wanted to go for the weekend with the child. I was so absorbed in my thoughts that I didn't notice what was going on beyond my nose.
So early in the morning I was walking in a hurry to get to work early. Suddenly, I bumped into Mother Goose and her husband. Two cute geese were also walking along the same path as me, they were in no hurry and with no worries. They are beautiful and made me laugh. Iba yo caminando pegado al borde de la carretera, tratando de esquivar el tráfico. Este tramo no tiene espacio para los peatones. Iba pensando en mis obligaciones diarias, cantaba una canción para mi adentros. Pensaba a dónde quería ir el fin de semana con el niño. Estaba tan absorta en mis pensamientos, que no me daba cuenta lo que pasaba más allá de mis narices.
Así temprano en la mañana andaba yo con mucha prisa caminando para llegar temprano al trabajo. De pronto, choqué con mamá Oca y su esposo. Dos lindas ocas caminaban también por la misma senda que yo, ellas sin apuro y sin preocupaciones. Son preciosas y me hicieron reír. Aunque creo que sus dueños deben recogerlas porque pueden ser atropelladas por un carro. Ojalá las encuentren tan lindas como yo. Les dejo un saludo y espero ver sus fotos.
