"Rise"

Against the bright blue summer sky,
cumulonimbus clouds rise.
Clumps of clouds like cotton candy
soar high into the sky
and eventually bring a thunderstorm.
By then, the sky will be covered with gray clouds,
and the blue will be hidden from view.

積乱雲が昇りゆく
綿あめのような雲のかたまりは
空高く昇って
やがて雷雨をもたらす
その頃には空はグレーの雲で覆われ
青さは覆い隠される
