"Deep Blue Forest"

I have actually not been deep into a large forest for more than a decade now. When I used to climb mountains here and there, I would pass through the forest. One time, however, I got lost without knowing the way through the forest, and when it got dark, I hurried back the way I came. A man from a house at the foot of the mountain kindly drove me to the nearest bus stop. I think the forest I saw from the car was this kind of forest. I am still grateful to that person who drove me there.

これは私が創った作品です。
「青く深い森」
ミクストメディア、15.8x22.7cm、2023
私は、実は大きな森の奥深くに入ったことはここ十数年ありません。昔あちこちの山に登っていたころ、森の中を通り抜けたりしました。しかしある時森を抜ける道がわからないまま迷子になり、暗くなったので慌てて来た道を戻りました。山のふもとの家の人が親切に最寄りのバス停まで送ってくれました。車の中から見た森が、こんな森だった気がするのです。車で送ってくれたその人には今でも感謝しています。
