Something very bad happened today afternoon.
I was outside in the garden with my Harris's hawk, a tractor came in, and she became frightened, and she jumped down from my arm multiple times.
Her jesses was tangled with one of her claws during at least one of the jumps, and now she can barely move her left leg. She cannot grip with it. She tried to balanced herself with her right leg.
I came in to the room with her. I put her down on the bed on some clothes. She is chirping. Her leg and/or her claws are probably in pain. I will try to bring her to the vet tomorrow. It will be approximately a 184 km travel.
