At first sight it may looks as if the whole place would be a ghost town. As if it would be abandoned. As if you would be the only person there, because there are no people on the photos. But there are visible lights in the windows of the buildings. This is the only thing, which tells that there are people living in this city. Probably most people are either inside, or they are at work or at somewhere else. Probably a few (or many) of them are sleeping in their houses with the lights turned off.
