Now, I think we're in the mid-1960s. Looks like Patsy might be at work (although that lamp seems out of place). I'm not sure what's going on, here. It appears that Patsy is trying to seduce some fellow worker by getting him drunk, first. And she seems VERY impressed at his drinking abilities. I mean VERY impressed. Look at that face of hers! Just look at it! :-)
