That's Jack Murphy Stadium down there, with it's huge parking lot all around it. At one point, it was home to the Padres and the Chargers (and who knows what else). But as we've seen, the Padres have moved downtown and the Chargers have moved to LA! So now there's just this huge chunk of prime Mission Valley real estate... just sitting there. Such a waste... :-(
