Many people have a wrong idea of God and define it according to their way of their actions and according to their actions. And this definition is not only made by people who are far from God but also those who go to church and call themselves Christians.
Sometimes we think that we are right in everything and that God is always in our favor because we believe that we do everything well according to our own opinion, but that other Christians do it wrong without reflecting on what God really is in his essence.
However, the Bible defines God as a supreme, omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient being; creator, judge, protector and, savior of the universe and humanity. As a sovereign divine being full of love, grace and mercy, for its essence is love but also consuming fire.
It is very important to understand God correctly, because a false idea about God is idolatry. In Psalm 50:21, God reproves the ungodly man with this accusation: "You thought that I would be like you."
God is not like any of us, He is just at the time of judging He does not judge according to what he sees externally He forgives all of our life and restores us every time we need forgiveness He does not see how we look or act for what we can Tell someone, God is true is light is love is grace is eternity is almighty.
He does not act lightly to let us down He gives us his hand to help us, He is not selfish when he looks at the progress of some of us on the contrary he enjoys our prosperity, nor does he walk away when some action from us does not please the contrary He reaches out for us to get up.
So why do we want to summarize the omnipotence, mercy and love of God in our whim? if God is only looking for hearts that love him and people who serve him, full of compassion and people who look for him with faith. Why do we want to ruin our relationship with God? If every time we minimize God with our performance we are saying that He is like us.
We must reflect on the true essence of God and our performance as a Christian in order to please the one who took us as a soldier.We must surrender our heart to God and ask Him to help us look as He looks at us.
