All the scriptures are inspired by God as established by the Bible and each one of them was written to warn us of all the things that were to come and teach us to face with patience the challenges and adversities grounded in God's hope and consolation in order that we would not give up the attempts and persevere in the only coming hope that is Christ Jesus.
This is stated in the book of Romans:
Romans 15: 4
4 For the things that were written before, for our teaching were written, so that by the patience and consolation of the Scriptures, we have hope.

It is clear that the only way and the only true means to obtain hope and change the hardened heart is through the word of God which is inspired by the holy spirit.
Man changes as he instructs himself with the scriptures and makes biblical reading a way of life and every time we read we are receiving advice and wisdom from God.
In God there is hope there is consolation really is what our soul needs what our heart desires he is the total comfort in the cold of our life in those dark nights that seem not to end he comes as a soft air of comfort and hope to fill our Inner then, if God were our delight in the midst of affliction we would have fainted.
Psalm 119: 92-93
92 If your law had not been my delight,
In my affliction I would have perished.
93 I will never never forget your commandments,
Because with them you have quickened me.

Blessed are all those who delight in Jehovah's law day and night because adversities receive them as teachings that will then have blessing refreshment in our lives and each of them despite pain or anguish or sadness we have peace that true peace that only God can give and that is not ecepted of problems only that God goes with us and will never leave us afflicted.
God is our true hope
