Greetings everyone, and welcome to my blog. It is another wonderful opportunity to listen to the word of God through His servant, Bro. Eli Soriano.
According to the teachings of Bro. Eli Soriano, suffering can be beneficial when it comes from God, our Creator. While not every hardship originates from God, some are caused by selfish and greedy individuals whose love for money often leads them to harm others.
However, when our trials are not the result of human greed or wrongdoing, we can take comfort in knowing that God may be allowing them for a greater purpose. Through such experiences, He may be preparing blessings, growth, and spiritual maturity for us.
As the Scripture says:
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”
Romans 8:18
This verse reminds us that no matter how difficult our present challenges may be, the glory God has prepared for His faithful people far outweighs any suffering they endure. The rewards and blessings to come are beyond comparison.
The Bible further teaches:
“And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;”
Romans 5:3
“And patience, experience; and experience, hope:”
Romans 5:4
“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”
Romans 5:5
These passages reveal the positive outcome of enduring trials in faith. Suffering can develop patience, patience builds character and experience, and experience strengthens our hope in God—a hope that will never disappoint.
In conclusion, everything that comes from God, including the trials He allows, works for our good. Through faith and perseverance, suffering can become a pathway to spiritual growth, stronger hope, and a deeper understanding of God's love.
