Good Day everyone!!
Many people have been through a lot in their lives; you're not the first, nor will you be the last; at the moment, a lot is still going through.
Depression and trauma still hold on to a lot of things; let it go instead. You can't fix everything. You need to let go, free up your mind and, regain your strength your health, and it is more important.
A lot of people battle with emotions in several ways. Emotion is a feeling, passion and its distinctive thoughts, psychological and biological state to act. Emotion could be;
Anger: hatred, annoyance and violence
Sadness: sorrow, self-pity, loneliness and depression
Fear: anxiety, fright and phobia. I'm a snake phobia, to be honest.
Emotions are enjoyment, love, surprise, disgust, shame and many more.
"Temperament is not a destiny" neither is depression. It can be controlled; depression is just for a moment, I guess.
For instance, with trouble troubling around your head, how do you get rid of it?
Some drink to get drunk, and at that moment, they tend to feel normal. I guess problems disappear for a moment perhaps.
But I'm not encouraging alcohol, it's just an instance.
Depression is a part of humans whether you believe it or not. Some things got me worried; how do I get rid of them? Perhaps by avoiding it.
I listen to music, take a stroll, and watch movies. Sometimes I do watch but I don't want to be addicted to get lazy.
No one can see a pit of fire and jump in, perhaps an insane person. Your friends could be very annoying, but will you befriend them?. Maybe not.
TO LET GO:
I will reduce stress, manage my feelings, Identify and label my feelings, and try to understand the difference between feelings and actions.
Understanding the perspective of others, understanding behavioural norms, and what is and is not acceptable behaviour. A positive attitude towards life, self-awareness, for instance, developing realistic expectations about oneself.
Most people wish to turn back the end of time because they can't take it any more.
It could lost wanse, something you cherish very much. Perhaps you can't do without it, I guess. But it holds you down; you can't change it; everyone understands how it feels, the pains, the memories shared, the cherishes and good moments had.
That's nature; there must be history, even though history tends to repeat itself. I guess not on this.
We accepted it and moved on, let bygones be bygones. Happiness is free; we don't need to buy it or be the cause of our happiness.
There must be good and bad times and moments in our lives, but it is not a destiny, nor is it a cause. Some causes can be renowned as much as wishes are.
