Steemit! ...is it a SCAM or Real?

Whenever I spend my time to earn in these kinda sites, in the end what I got...

 Let me know from your end about Steemit;

• How does steemit work?
• Are you satisfied with the service of this site?
• Are you really earning?
• Do you have any trouble in sharing posts and videos, etc, ?
• Do you have any trouble of cash receipt and deposit/transfer?

besides these questions if you have anything else in your mind, you can share it here, it would be highly appreciated.
