Yesterday I had an issue identifying what this particular build from The Philosopher's Stone was. I'm thinking Olivander's wand shop, now. There you have it.
Today's build, also from The Philosopher's Stone, is very easy to identify: Quidditch Hoops!
Also incredibly easy to build. I have a number of other Harry Potter mini builds already, and this one is a nice fit. I have not had the opportunity recently, but I do enjoy using and playing with my lego collection. I particular, I really enjoy making stop motions with them, and this one I can easily see as a usable prop.
The joy of this build is the simplicity of it's construction, yet it's very obvious purpose. It's only a few pieces, but in those few pieces there are not only Quidditch hoops, but also representations of each of the Hogwart's houses in simple 2x1 bricks that comprise the base of the middle hoop.
