Calling it the first step to the Patalsu Peak as it was the first campsite where the people who used to hike and trek till the summit of the peak even sometimes used to pitch their 'Deera' tents over this place. Naming it the first steps.
It is part of a large forest massif located in the southern part of Kyiv, called Holosiivskyi forest. Its area is 4.5 thousand hectares! Believe me, you can walk here for more than one day. This forest once belonged to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, and this saved it from urban development. The botanical garden covers an area of 53 hectares, bordering the protected territory of the Holosiivskyi National Nature Park.
So I went to explore this castle called Castello di Cessa, which is a beautiful fortress located in Sovicille near Siena. I’ve been told it has also become quite famous among tourists. In fact, when I arrived at this castle, I found a few people there, which I wasn’t expecting on a weekday.
