Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I'll present today's edition of Travel Digest. In our featured posts, we have a national park in Kenya, a marina in Portugal, and a city in France. Enjoy and keep on pinning your travel posts to the map!
Amboseli National Park, located in southern Kenya near the border with Tanzania, is one of the most popular wildlife reserves in the country. Known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the park offers a breathtaking backdrop for wildlife watching. The park covers approximately 392 square kilometers and is renowned for its large elephant herds, which are often seen roaming the plains with Kilimanjaro in the background. In addition to elephants, Amboseli is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and over 400 species of birds, making it a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.

We left the center and explored the Marginal and Marina of Vila Real de Santo AntĂłnio, a space next to the Guadiana River, which offers us a unique view of the border that separates Portugal and Spain. The proximity to the river and the view of the Spanish banks gave a feeling of connection between two countries, something I always found incredible. When I was younger, everything seemed further away to me and it's right next door.

Until we reached the cathedral square where the famous Notre Dame Cathedral of Strasbourg is located. And wow, what a cathedral! It is simply immense: 142 meters high according to Wikipedia. And its color is wonderful, it is made of pink sandstone (that's what gives it its pink color).
