🥇 Exploring the Belfry of Ghent: A tower of history by @friendlymoose

The belfry has quite a long history. The construction started back in 1313 and it was finished in 1380. The building was used as a watchtower for sounding alarms in times of danger both in times of war as to spot fires in the city. The belfry was also storage for important documents like legal documents that established Ghent’s rights to self-governance, trade privileges, and laws that protected the city's independence from external rulers.

🥈 Utah's Wonders-Red Rocks, Arches and Spires by @luvinlyf

Of all the nature parks in Utah, few match the breathtaking beauty of Arches National Park and its surroundings. Scenic formations of red rock, wide-open views of the desert, more than 2,000 naturally formed stone arches, and a blend of geology, and adventure combine to make it one of the more special places on earth.

🥉 Azenha do Guadiana - Mértola / Riding Portugal by @onyfest

After a day of discoveries, we found Azenha do Guadiana, in Mértola! It was late in the afternoon, when the sun was already beginning to sink below the horizon and the Guadiana River, as calm as we always saw it, was beginning to rise with the tide. The golden light reflected off the serene waters, creating a magical atmosphere, as if the river and the surrounding landscape were wrapped in one.
