I realize and understand the importance of questioning and challenging our relationships in all ways best.
I realize when there's resistance to questioning...and writing about the thing - this is an indicator that there is in fact self-suppression in relation to the point in question.
I realize the relationship with ourselves is paramount to the overall quality of our lives and our ability to share in fruitful relationships with others stems from our equality and oneness here...and that starts and stands with self-acceptance.
