It's also full of things I blatantly plagiarised (in my much younger years.... I started this setting when I was about 8 years old, I hadn't heard of IP back then !), so I'll need to edit those out. I'll also have to work out what to do with all the inconsistencies - part of me thinks, "hey, just leave them in, the whole point with ancient histories is that they're a confusing mess from different fragmentary sources."
That's the best lol. I did the same back when I started writing at about the same time. My first 'serious' story was a Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time fanfiction. 🤣 Still have it somewhere here.
And yeah man, I think inconsistencies is honestly very true to life, and super fun to explore as a writer since it leaves a lot of room for you to skew and twist the 'historical facts'.
