Indeed it was! In fact the monsoon floods in Koh Phangan Thailand forced it upon us. What a crazy time. Well, maybe the water in these photos is only ankle high, but I swear in some parts of the island you may have had to tread water to keep afloat. I'm talking streams totally breaking their banks and leaving any low lying land deep underwater. I braved the storm and went out near the tail end of it to capture the scene and bring it to you!
