Hello Everyone

It's me again @workaholic666, and this week I take part in Weekend-Engagement [Week 142] which is regularly made by @galenkp, and the writing topics given this week are so interesting for me who is still learning how to write with random topics. Of the several existing topics, I chose the topic:

Automated or Manual: Would you rather...
If you could choose to have an autonomous vehicle or one you had to drive yourself which would you choose?

I chose to drive Automated.

Why I chose Automated?

I am the type of person who likes to drive in a simple and uncomplicated way because for me I use the vehicle as a tool to make it easier to travel to a place that is calm and comfortable for the driver.

Of all the types of vehicles available, I chose the automatic type due to several factors:

Automatic transmission makes driving easier because it is simpler and less complicated than manual. For someone who likes simplicity like me, using an automatic vehicle is the main choice because you only need to drive in a relaxed manner without the need to change transmissions repeatedly and step on the clutch pedal every time.

Using an automated vehicle doesn't make your feet sore, another reason I prefer to drive with an automatic transmission is that it doesn't make my feet tired like a manual transmission which repeatedly uses its feet when changing transmissions.

Make it easier for users who drive in urban areas with congested streets, using automated vehicles when they are effective in dealing with traffic jams because users only need to stop and go, unlike manuals which repeatedly change transmissions when stopping or driving making it more troublesome for users.

Some people think that using an automatic vehicle is more expensive in terms of maintenance compared to a manual vehicle, but I think that's up to each individual's taste. Drivers who like simplicity when driving will choose automated even though the price is expensive, I prefer driving comfort, and expensive costs are not a problem as long as the comfort I need.

I think automatic vehicles are designed for users who don't like complex things, they just want to drive simply and reach their destination comfortably and safely. Although manual vehicles are considered faster and easier to maintain than automatic. In recent years many vehicle manufacturers have created automated cars with high speeds to compete with manual cars.

Final Thought

As users, we have our own preferences for the type of vehicle that is comfortable to use, some people prefer to drive a manual because it feels more gentle and also explores maximum speed compared to an automated vehicle.

The topic given this week is so fun, and I am happy to be able to contribute to Weekend Engagement (Week 142).
