Do you think we'll ever be using the moon as a forward operating base for missions to other planets?
I was at an awesome art installation the other night and saw this amazing work. It's all made glow in the dark tape, carefully stuck to the wall. Made me think about our advancement and whether their truly is a great filter out there keeping other civilizations back from expanding their society.
