Today I decorated another Christmas tree and now I'm looking for a hot spot to put it. I love buying these little liquor bottles and was so happy that I could get fifteen on the tree. I bought twenty, so I drank five! 😁 Actually I made it for Debbie's white elephant Christmas gift exchange tomorrow. I've always found that liquor is the best gift and usually gets stolen the maximum amount of times. For those of you that have never heard of a white elephant gift exchange, I will explain how it's done. Say you have ten people bring a wrapped gift with no names on them. First you put ten numbered pieces of paper and all ten people who brought a gift, draws a number. The person with number one picks one of the ten gifts under the tree, opens it , and shows everyone the gift. Now, the person with the number two can steal number one's gift or pick a gift from under the tree. If they take number one's gift, number one get to pick another gift from under the tree and open it. A gift can be stolen only two times, then it's frozen and can't be stolen anymore. Now it's number three's turn. They can steal the 1st or 2nd gift, or open a new gift under the tree. Once the number ten person has their gift, the first person who opened the first gift can steal any unfrozen gift or keep the gift they had. Then everybody goes home with their gift. Remember to keep track of how many times a gift is stolen. Have fun at your next gift exchange and Merry Christmas to you all! 🎄
