I have been a little slow with posting over the last couple of days
We all have lives , work, children to take care of and more life issues that can be counted . We put as much time in as possible . Some have the time to make more posts and answer comments then others . I have over the last days have done some learning and digging deeper into Steemit . Self reflection is a good thing every once in awhile in order to grow . Which have taken up a lot of time .
Some things that I have learned are.
- As you grow and your following increases so does your responsibility . We all at one point or another look at our followers . We look at it as a measure of our success . The question is do we engaged with the comments made to us on our posts . Do we make comments that offer an engagement ?
I am sad to say that I lack in this area . My comments are more like bullet comments . I make statements that can easily be misunderstood unless you have interacted with me before and know my intent . I have been conditioned in this manner and will not go into details except that I am aware of it and will work on it to the best of my ability
I have run into to many people who have lost their account due to scams / pushing or have problems with spams . This is a constant problem and one that everyone should be involved in . We promote our groups and even multiple groups but we are silent when it comes to Minnow security of their account .

The spams are out of control . From people trying to get the new Steemains to join their group , to every spam that there is . I have seen where the post is given a welcome comment only to have the comment upvote itself with a huge vote in a time that benefits its own curation . Nice welcome
1) My suggestions is that you wait to make your Introduction until you have a basic understanding of steemitFormating is a major problem for me . On this post I am trying to use the "Editor" in steemit . It's the button between the title and the main text area on the left . It will be a learning in progress , that's OK because everything here on Steemit is also a learning in progress . So feel free to make suggestion . Trying new things is what we all need to do in order to grow . I am no exception .
On Steemit you will have good weeks and bad weeks . Some of your posts will do well while others not so good or less than your expectations . There are many reasons for this . Your core support that you count on may be busy with things in their lives that are not related to Steemit . Don,t be discouraged by a couple of posts that don't reach your average response . Its normal , Take the time to reflect and work on improvements that you can make .

Every morning there two birds sit on the rail . they have been here all year . I have been throwing seed and bread crumbs down throughout the winter . They have a call that sounds just like an Owl . I do not know what type of bird they are but I do enjoy their early morning visit with my coffee . My camera didn't work so I had to use my phone .
