The people on Steemit at the moment seem to be an interesting mix of individuals who won't have it the standard way and gobble up just about anything that is being chucked at them via media. Hence I would like to recommend this great project that fact-checks various news items and presents them in an unbiased way. With Corax you get to see not only verified information, but a lot of news stories: you can choose what to consider important. Corax in Latin denotes the raven, a messenger bringing news, for better or worse. Go and check out https://cor.ax/, it's completely free and I have no vested interest in promoting it.
