Instructions

1- Prepare the Batter:

  • Add 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 2 medium eggs, and 1/4 cup sugar into the NutriBullet Rx blender.
  • Add a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
  • Add 1 cup of flour to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth, thin batter.

2- Preheat the Pan:

  • Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan with oil or butter using a cloth to ensure an even, thin layer.
  • Heat the pan over medium heat.

3- Cook the Crepes:

  • Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan.
  • Immediately swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly for a thin layer.
  • Cook the crepe until the edges start to crisp, bubbles form on the surface, and the underside is golden brown (about 30-60 seconds).
  • Flip the crepe using the spatula and cook until the other side is golden brown (approximately 30-60 seconds).

4- Serve:

  • Fold the cooked crepe in half, then fold it again to form a rectangle.
  • Place the folded crepe on a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
