Walking out on the land after a solid rain is always a treat.. watching the changes around us can be one of the most rewarding feelings - especially when we have our hands in the dirt on the daily!
I found #hivegarden this morning before I even left bed and I thought oooooooh how could I have missed this?
I've got so much to share!!! Here is a photo of my place right next to a newly ripped row of dryland Taro ... approximately 250 of them about to poke through the mulch.
I am deep in the paradise of a wee place called natural bridge... on the qld/nsw border in Eastern Australia.... I am part of a permaculture crew who go around to festivals and properties taking care of the land and increasing awareness and earth connection...
We grow alot but I won't drop it all on you at once! Instead here is my special white clover patch which helps feed my small hive of native stingless bees. The crimson rosella also love them and often flock to eat the flowers! Soon I will do my own harvest and dry them to make tea!!
And regularly gifts me 4 leaf clovers!! 🍀
Of course you want food. The bees want it too!!.. everything does... anyhow.. we are coming into the warmer months now so I have been taking cuttings and they are coming along well. Below are some beautiful grape cuttings, a few golden tamarillo and a jar of Okinawa stems showing some good roots.
The garden is looking amazing!!
When you live this life every day is harvest day... here is a bunch of bananas, a handful of greens with a massive king stropharia mushroom and some chila coyote

I cant wait to share more progress... on the property we have 5 large swales filled with goodies... multiple gardens and alot of beautiful native bush regen soooo you will definitely be seeing more from me! Until then... here is a photo of my most recent bloom 😉 a beautiful poppy
