together we have onboarded 40 ppl. just 5 or 6 of those ppl are still active, but several of them are dolphin or almost there and i believe thats a great result so far.

That's not bad. Not at all.

It’s a shame to see so many new users still give up without even giving it a proper try. On the other hand, it is good to know that those you managed to bring over (and who stayed here) are making progress.
