IMO, the answer is in intensive grassroots / 1 on 1 onboarding and training/support. I have made foh (filipinos of hive) and work with a lady (@antonette) who is excellent at onboarding and teaching how to post good. together we have onboarded 40 ppl. just 5 or 6 of those ppl are still active, but several of them are dolphin or almost there and i believe thats a great result so far. :)
