It's Quarantine time: What are your favorite lockdown essentials? [TOP 03]
During this period of isolation (which is sometimes boring for everyone) because of the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), we need to stay inside our homes and taking care of ourselves following protocols established by the World Health Organization.
Two of the most recommended are washing our hands frequently (with soap and water) and social isolation / distance. But the big challenge has been to be "stuck" inside the house and work our mind to not "lose control".
Considering this scenario, my TOP 03 this month is based on my needs to maintain the health of my body and mind properly.
#01. Food & Beverages
Although there is not (yet) a complete lockdown here in my country (Brazil), it is always good to keep the fridge and pantry well stocked so that I (or someone in my family) does not have to go out many times during the week.
This is a basic and predictable choice, but it is obviously essential during this restriction period... After all, we all need to eat every day and the options have to be - preferably - diversified (especially when you like to cook).
#02. Water & Soap
For obvious reasons, choosing this double combo during this pandemic is more than a must because this is one of the most effective security measures to avoid direct contact with the virus. It is extremely important.
This is an old and good habit that I already practiced before, but that has now been much more intensified by me. I've lost count of how many times I wash my hand with soap and water in a single day.
#03. Smartphone
My contact with the outside world is almost entirely dependent on my smartphone. With the exception of the news that I watch on television, I am aware of what is happening in the world with what I see and read on my smartphone.
In addition, this is a very important option for me (which on normal days I don't miss it so much) because I can talk to my family and friends who are distant and watch movies, cartoons and TV series anywhere in the house.
The list goes on (and it's quite long), but as the challenge was to choose only 3 options, these were my bets for this edition of the contest.
