Another day, another time to face the music... So, let's do this!
What this is about? It's a musical challenge (Music A to Z Challenge) created by

Here are my choices:
Fiona Apple - "Fast As You Can"
The sound of this great singer cannot be fit into just one genre, but I think a mix of Folk and Pop (with a more introspective spice) can do justice to what she sings. These types of artists are often very interesting because they fit into various musical genres (which I think is particularly great).
I met her on the recommendation of a friend (who had known her work for a long time) and since then, I have listened to her work. This song in particular is one of her best (among so many others), because it has a more significant approach combined with a very efficient melody.
Foo Fighters - "Times Like These"
This is one of my favorite Rock bands. So, a musical list with the letter F had to - necessarily - have its participation. Not just because they are a world famous group, but because they make an incredible sound, with a lot of energy and and level of extreme quality.
The song I chose is an example of this, a clear, objective, well-written lyrics and it has with a message that is still very important for anyone who values listening to quality music. Today, only a few bands with a long career are still relevant and they are certainly one of them.
