Most days i travel to work i go by car, but this morning i decided i would walk, the walk took me over bridge crossing the Clyde and i noticed this, and shamefully i noticed it for the first time.
Sometimes it's good to stop and look around you. I noticed that recently, i was doing the same as everyone else, head filled with the thoughts you always have before going to work, the stuff you didn't finish yesterday and the stuff you have to start today. Sometimes it's good to just stop and look around, or even up.
Glasgow being Glasgow and in the month of July you would expect a nice sunny summer's morning, but this is Glasgow, it's fierce and contrary and doesnt want to be pigeon holed, so it does what it likes.
The view over the side of the bridge wasnt that much more inviting...
I think the sun may have been trying to come out from behind thoses clouds,
and is it just me or does that crane look like something out of a Lovecraft story, an old God breaking through from the other side and lusting for human flesh and ready to blast away any semblance of sanity.
After a long hard day at the office i did it again, was a walking along watching the ground and thinking about Dinner, the ironing and if there was anything good on telly later.
I looked over the bridge and the Glasgwegian summer had come back again!
I love plane trails across the sky.
That and clouds,
A day watching clouds is a day well spent in my opinion.
Every time i see clouds like that in the sky it always reminds me of the first time i listened to this,
Sit back and enjoy for a while...Even the water had changed colour, such a lovely shade of blue
