Oh my beloved Total War - Warhammer 3!
After playing through the campaign twice, first as "Demons of Chaos" and second as "Demons of Khorne" I made a short break and spent my time with other, not less great games.
However, time has come to lead demonic armies into battle. To lead them into the destruction of the world! [insert evil laughter here]
For Papa Nurgle!
For the Plague God!
Dark clouds gather as the god of pestilence addresses his followers.
It's time to cover the world with a new plague.
It is time to herald the end of this pure and sterile world.
Go forth, Ku'gath Plaguefather, and spread new plagues among mortals in the name of Nurgle!
Go forth, Poxmaker of Nurgle!
A lovely fella, isn't he?
Leading his armies into battle. Ku'gath Plaguefather is the master of brewing new plagues and bringing them to the mortals. New types of diseases and composing new life is his source of power.
It's already simmering in his cauldron, the next plague for mortals. The ingredients are still limited, but soon new ways will open up to grab the weak.
Plague bumps, rashes, scabies... all for the god of pestilence.
Just as life is a cycle of prosperity and decay, Nurgle's buildings are a cycle as well. Instead of ordinary building chains, the Plaguefather's buildings evolve independently until they collapse and the cycle begins again.
Strong units can therefore only be recruited for a short time. But without training time.
The first battle against the Ogre Kingdoms. Well, actually it's not a real battle.
More like a little banter.
This little ogre army looks like a defenseless maggot.
Plague Bearers are ready to battle! Judging by the color of the sky, one can already guess that it won't be a particularly good day for mortals.
A banter between the trees. The few ogres that oppose my army are easy prey.
They may be superior in body size, but quality doesn't always come before quantity.
Ku'gath Plaguefather is a very capable mage and his plague missiles are not to be underestimated, but he is also very good in close combat.
Special skills can further increase his melee suitability.
For example, through a dense gas cloud that surrounds it.
Must smell wonderful!
The first victory in the mortal lands. The first of many!
Time to grow our army to new strength.
Next target: Glut-Port
More enemies are here to defend their settlement. Defense positions are also to be expected.
A freshly hatched "Beast of Nurgle" joins our forces.
Give him a hug and show some love!
A few tactical briefings before the army marches into the heart of the village.
The veils of war are rising. It will be easy to rid souls of their useless flesh.
Nurglings... nothing but nonsense in their heads. But they are tough little bastards!
*Plague toads. Slow und... toady...
However, not even the tusked mounts of the ogers can save them from certain death."
Victory is ours!
The remaining enemy soldiers flee the city.
The defenses are in ruins.
More body and meat for the Plaguefather's kitchen.
Some magic items for Ku'gath. Every little item helps.
Today the village, tomorrow the province and the day after tomorrow the whole world.
Step by step we spread plagues and bring death and ruin to the weak mortals.
For the plague god!
City after city will fall under the powers of Nurgle.
Province after province will suffer from the plague and starve.
The armies of Nurgle march.
