Ab morgen gilt in Österreich wieder ein lock down. Somit bleibt, unter anderem, die Gastronomie für die nächsten drei Wochen geschlossen.
Zum Glück fiel unser Hochzeitstag auf den letzten Tag vor dem lock down und wir konnten noch ein hervorragendes Abendessen in unserem lieblings Steakhouse genießen.
Das dstrikt Steakhouse im Riz Carlton, Wien.
Beilagen: Öfferlbrot (Sauerteig) und aufgeschlagene Butter
Vorspeise : Carpaccio vom Josper Rind mit glacierten Zwiebel und Kerbel
Hauptgang: 450g Stripline dryaged, Medium, dazu Rotweisauce
dazu getrüffelte Pommes mit Parmesan
Auch bei der Nachspeise haben wir es uns richtig gut gehen lassen.

Für mich "Fall on the plate", eine Variation aus Birne und Walnuss
Für die nächsten drei Wochen werden wir leider kein Restaurant von innen sehen, aber immerhin war es heute ein sehr angenehmer Abschluss..
From tomorrow on Austria is under lock down. Again.
Thus, among other things, the gastronomy will remain closed for the next three weeks.
Luckily, our wedding anniversary fell on the last day before the lock down and we were able to have a great dinner in our favorite steakhouse.

Side dish: "Öfferlbrot" (sour dough bread) and whipped butter
Starter: Josper beef carpaccio mit glaced onions and chervil
Main course: 450g Stripline dryaged, medium, served with red wine sauce
French fries with truffle and parmesan
We also had a really good time with the dessert.
For my wife: dstrict baked Cheese Cake
For me "Fall on the plate", a variation of pear and walnut
For the next three weeks we won't see a restaurant from the inside. At least we had a very nice finish...
