Time for another small Unreal Engine showcase example!
Since I still surfing on the Cyberpunk2077 wave (yeah, I know, I a bit late to the party, although, big news are expected for today! More on that later!) I decided to create a small but beautifull night club scene in Unreal Engine
The "Death Circle Night Club" was born!
The idea is the result of the "Berlin" map from Hitman 3 and "Lizzie's Bar" from Cyberpunk 2077.
I called my dancing lady "Eve"
Editing animations is one of those easy to learn, hard to master aspects of game develoment. So far, I am quite satisfied with the result. The complete animation is actually ~25 seconds long. (.gif reduced in length)
Designing levels in Unreal Engine is one of the most fun thing to do I would say :D ... at least as long your lightning does not completely break down and you have to deal with weird shadows and glitches...
However, creating belivable game enviroments takes really long. Even this rather small club took many hours.

I wish I had more weirdos to throw into the scene, but at some point (my ressources are limited :D ) you either repeat animations or models. Both destroy immersion so I decided to rather go with less but distincitve characters than just mass copy&paste the same models.
You also can enjoy a small walk through the club in the following video:
Music is made by a friend of mine, Nik Rell, make sure you check out his Sound Cloud, he has some awesome tracks in his portfolio!
