Одновременно с этой проблемой Binance уже неоднократно обвинялась в манипулировании рынком. Логика здесь простая: Биткоин (любая другая криптовалюта) дорожает. Эксперты говорят о бычьем тренде, а десятки тысяч трейдеров ставят на повышение. В этот момент происходит резкое падение стоимости Биткоина, что приводит к масштабным ликвидациям в пользу биржи.

Experts talk about a bullish trend, and tens of thousands of traders bet on an increase. At that point, Bitcoin's value plummets, leading to large-scale liquidations in favor of the exchange.

Сегодня стало известно, что Национальный союз защиты прав потребителей заявил о манипуляциях, проводимых биржей. Вне всякого сомнения, у главы Binance Чанпэна Чжао есть возможность манипулирования криптовалютами. В распоряжении биржи миллиарды долларов на банковских счетах, такое же количество в стейблкоинах, Биткоинах и других криптовалютах. Нужно понимать, что пока предприимчивого китайца никто за руку не ловил, но это не значит, что так будет всегда. Сегодня нужно прилагать массу усилий, чтобы скрывать подобные действия. Эксперты полагают, что запретить Binance в России не только почти невозможно, но и нереалистично. Доказательств существования манипуляций нет, а законодательство и вовсе не определилось со статусом криптовалют. Вполне возможно, что давление на Binance начнёт осуществляться в ближайшие несколько лет, но пока Чанпэн Чжао будет продолжать свою деятельность, насколько бы сомнительной она ни была.

You have to understand that so far no one has caught the enterprising Chinese by the hand, but that doesn't mean it will always be so. Today, a lot of effort must be made to conceal such activities. Experts believe that banning Binance in Russia is not only almost impossible, but also unrealistic. There is no evidence of manipulation, and the legislation has not defined the status of cryptocurrencies at all. It is quite possible that the pressure on Binance will begin to be applied in the next few years, but for now Changpeng Zhao will continue its activities, no matter how questionable they are.
