After many months swamped with work, to the point i am so tired i don't have the strength to do any sport, my body started to send me signals it's way time to be back to fitness - my blood pressure readings became a little unstable - so I finally took time to be back to my beloved morning runs. Did a 30 minutes run yesterday, and a 45 minutes today. I intend to go back to 4 times a week at least 45 minutes each time.
