Want to take control and spread your reputation? Doing it alone is impossible but with the help of your loyal crew, it is doable.

When I started to run my own heist, It was just small. I started with a two man crew to clear Anchor Yard at Iron Row. As time passes, I unlocked more zones and needed a bigger crew.

2.png

As my crew got bigger, so did the class diversity. The only problem I faced is the limited crew size. My crew limit was 25 so what I aimed for is to have 5 crew type on each tier so that I can focus on upgrading them when I have enough shards. I focused on trying to have a line up of Enforcers so that they can hit hard because of their perks which is High strength — boosts squad encounter power (+1% per strength point).

My main strike force in operation are all enforcers which on a 3 man job have 869 squad power and 1240 squad power on a 4 man job. I use this team so that I can face epic and legendary jobs with a higher chance of winning. The only downside is I don't get good jobs that often because of bad rng and no buff from Earners to get better jobs.

I use stamina refills on my Alpha Team and try to clear all the zones with them. If my stamina refill hits 1k+ , that's the time I use my other crew to finish off clearing lower tier zones.

With this in mind I have until Ember Ward unlocked for now. I don't need to rush on unlocking other zones because my crew is not yet ready to clear them. I still need on focusing on upgrading them so that they can clear up to Ember Ward with ease.

Then there is the Arena where you send your crew to fight other crews on a 3 vs 3. They are also the ones' who defend your turf. This is where strategy comes into play because different classes offer different skills and game style.

The line up that works for me is having 2 scouts (with at least lvl 5 so they can use recon skill) and 1 Enforcer (with at least lvl 10 so they can use Back Up).

8.jpg

The strategy is really simple. Since scouts are fast, they tend to be first in line.

11.jpg

Use the scout's recon skill on the first 2 deadliest crew on the opposing team. Then absorb 1 damage from 1 of their crew.

image.png

Once it's your enforcer's turn. Hit them with a Back Up so that you damage 2 of the opposing crew.

9.jpg

With this, round 2 will be yours. Just Sneak Attack the 2 crews that was hit with back up and they can be eliminated with 1 hit.

10.jpg

By then end of round 2 you can just clean up the last crew by round 3.

The only downside of my line up is if they manage to kill 1 of my crew first with 1 shot or they have a faster lineup and they hit and kill my crew first.

This is my style, my way to play the game. I hope this can help you with your own journey here in the Syndicate.
