It is a beautiful week and a lot to be done, just a quick one i will out of your way. As we go on our day to day we all serve in different level and as leader so i want to briefly talk on LEADERSHIP a brief one here.
The moment you lead yourself people will gravitate toward you so you lead them, they want to learn and know so it is not just you having the idea of the that since you are a leader you have to lead people the question is HAVE YOU LED YOUR SELF. Leadership is not position, it is not tittle, leadership is what you do and doing it well.
Being a leader it comes from the heart, you serve it is not a means to show power but to serve and those that are following you very well. you are a servant to them ie a servant leader. Leadership is a privilege it comes with a price and you have yo u have to possess a certain character and skill to lead.

Respond with courage
Hunger for wisdom
Take ownership
RESPOND WITH COURAGE
Courage you know in conclusion simply means controlling you emotions let me put it that way. So therefore the essence of leadership is getting things done. when faced with challenging circumstance the best leader respond with courage. you know your response as a leader is that you tackle issues with courage, you don't fret you stand take up the responsibility with courage and deal with the issue on ground. Courageous leader can not afford to be passive, they anticipate and act.

Build bridge
Challenge people to grow and change
Mend broken relationship
Confront difficult problem
Make hard and unpopular decision
HOW TO DEVELOP THE ABILITY TO RESPOND WITH COURAGE
Practice taking action, acting on ideas.
When you meet people take the initiative, introduce yourself.
Develop an instinct to know when an action is needed.
When you encounter a problem offer solution.
As a leader responding with courage is not always popular, leader drives change and you know not everybody likes change.
HUNGER FOR WISDOM
The ability of having experience, knowledge and good judgement is called wisdom. Everything you do is the reflection of your wisdom, what you know and the experiences you've had. wisdom informs your decisions and leadership succeed or fail because of their decision. decision making is a skill and wisdom is a leadership character trait.
it is very needed if you want to strive as a leadership. you need to seek knowledge, no body wants a leader with empty brain but rather a leader who is intellectually sound, full of wisdom and know his value and worth. Doing things right and well. Leaders who desire wisdom must be predatory in their search for wisdom.
HOW TO GROW HUNGER FOR WISDOM
Focus on the pursuit not the outcome
Be open to input, new ideas and contrary views
Commit to life long learning
Establish a network of counselors a 360° network, learn to borrow wisdom.
As a leader wisdom is essential so take that responsibility today, that ownership today to grow hunger for wisdom gather and borrow from every right source you can get and build your capacity.
TAKE OWNERSHIP
Leaders takes responsibility for their action and the action of those they lead as well. That is a leader he stand in front and show that servant attitude and lead the follower taking full responsibility of the actions of the followers and even himself. leader are slow to blame others for failure ,they take responsibility because a true leader believes in the vision and he or she know it is not about the position or them but about developing others and helping others win.
Well know this and know peace TO BE A GREAT LEADER ASSUME YOU OWN EVERY OUTCOME!!
Take sole responsibility as a leader to actively make sure you take ownership of the situation and help other grow, develop them and build them. That is what a leader does.
LOCUS OF CONTROL
Internal Locus : The belief that your action controls the outcomes
External Locus : The belief that your action has little or no control over the outcome.
In my parting thought i will leave this : Bad leader blame others when things goes wrong and take the credit when they go right.
