With the title of this publication, I refer to my appreciation of these photographs in achromatic, which I compare them to the aspect as if it were a painting, where you can appreciate the textures and contrasts of the images, it is as simply made these images in charcoal, with these scales of gray, ranging from the lightest tones, to the darkest. That's how I see it, at the moment I took these photographs, the result was what I could have imagined in my head beforehand.
Besides, in several of the photographs that I have the opportunity to share, I liked the fact of composing by means of the horizontality, which is well marked between the contrast of the sky and the other photographic objectives, such as part of the vegetation and the immensity of the river that is within the photographic frame. From my point of view, the horizontality plays a very important role in the photographic composition of the landscapes, because it traces that line, by which you can compose with the camera, apart from showing the contrast between the images within the composition. In simple words, it is an aspect that creates harmony in the photographic frame, and makes the image balance, it is a guide for any photographer, professional or amateur.
Con el título de esta publicación, me refiero a mi apreciación de estas fotografías en acromático, que las comparo al aspecto como si fuese una pintura, donde se puede valorar las texturas y contrastes de las imágenes, es como simplemente se hizo estas imagines a carboncillo, con esas escalas de grisis, que van desde los tonos más claro, hasta lo más oscuro. Es así como lo veo, al momento que tomé estas fotografías, el resultado era a lo que me podía imaginar con anticipación en mi cabeza.
Aparte, en varias de las fotografías que tengo la oportunidad de compartir, me gustó el hecho de componer por medio de la horizontalidad, que se ve bien marcados entre ese contraste del cielo y los otros objetivos fotográficos, como por decir parte de la vegetación y la inmensidad del río que se encuentra dentro del encuadre fotográfico. Desde mi punto de vista, la horizontalidad, cumple con un rol muy importante en la composición fotográfica de los paisajes, porque traza esa línea, por la cual puedes ir componiendo con la cámara, aparte de mostrar ese contraste entre las imágenes dentro de la composición. En simple palabras, es un aspecto que crea armonía en el encuadre fotográfico, y hace que la imagen se equilibre, es una guía para cual cualquier fotógrafo sea profesional o amateur.
While in the other photographs, I only base it on the composition of the essence of the images, where I try to capture the striking of that photographic objective, and its contribution in the composition. So there is always a message in any kind of photograph, no matter how simple the image is, unconsciously we capture and create a language in that photograph, a message that we want to share through those images that are frozen.
And as I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the achromatism, beyond the main aspect of these photographs, where it also takes advantage of that natural light, in order to have a better light balance in the photographs, also creates that character in the fundamentals of these photographs. In a way, from my perspective, they are images that in black and white, become more striking and harmonious in their appearance both in texture, light and contrast.
Mientras que en las otras fotografías, solo me base en la composición de la esencia misma de las imágenes, donde se trata de capturar lo llamativo de ese objetivo fotográfico, y en su aporte en la composición. Por lo que siempre se tiene un mensaje en cualquier tipo de fotografía, por muy sencilla que sea la imagen, inconscientemente captamos y creamos un lenguaje en esa fotografía, un mensaje que queremos compartir por medio de esas imágenes que se congelan.
Y así como me mencioné al principio de esta reseña, el acromatismo, más allá de el principal aspecto de estas fotografías, donde también se aprovecha de esa luz natural, para así tener un mejor equilibrio lumínico en las fotografías, también crea ese carácter en lo fundamental de estas fotografías. De cierta forma, desde mi perpectiva son imágenes que en blanco y negro, llegan a ser más llamativas y armónicas en su aspecto tanto en textura, luz y contraste.
